1 Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Liveqbits ("Developer", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Bubblio mobile game (the "App"), available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

By downloading, installing, or using Bubblio, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App without parental or guardian consent. By using Bubblio, you represent that you meet this requirement, or that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.

3 License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Liveqbits grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Bubblio on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the App. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Liveqbits and its licensors.

4 Prohibited Conduct

When using the App, you agree that you will not:

• Copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble the App or any part of it
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or unauthorized third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage or alter game data
• Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or redistribute the App or any virtual content within it
• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices on the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the App

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your license to use the App, without notice.

5 Virtual Items and In-App Purchases

Bubblio may offer virtual currency (e.g., coins), boosters, skins, or upgrades (such as "Remove Ads") for purchase within the App ("Virtual Items").

• Virtual Items are licensed to you, not sold. You have no ownership interest, property right, or title in or to any Virtual Items.
• Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real money, except as required by applicable law.
• All purchases are processed exclusively by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests must be directed to the applicable store in accordance with their refund policies.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or remove Virtual Items or their availability at any time without liability to you.

6 Subscriptions (Bubblio Gold Pass)

Bubblio offers Gold Pass Premium, an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks the Premium reward track for one season.

• What it includes: double rewards at every stop on the season track, exclusive bubble skins, removal of rewarded-ad interruptions for the subscription period, bonus Lucky Wheel spins, and a Champion Frame on completion.
• Length: 30 days per period.
• Price: the price shown in the App at the time of purchase (US$4.99 in the United States; pricing varies by region and is set by the applicable store).
• Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Managing and cancelling: you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds: payment is handled by the store, not by Liveqbits. Refund requests are governed by the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
• Price changes: if the subscription price changes, the store will notify you and your consent will be obtained where required before the change takes effect.

Your use of the subscription is also governed by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

7 Advertising

The free version of Bubblio displays third-party advertisements served through Google AdMob. Ads help support the continued development of the App. You may remove ads permanently through an available in-app purchase.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or for any transactions between you and advertisers.

8 Intellectual Property

The App, including its source code, graphics, characters, sound effects, music, level designs, trademarks, and logos, is the exclusive property of Liveqbits and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No part of the App may be reproduced or used without prior written consent, except as expressly permitted under these Terms.

9 User-Generated Content

If the App allows you to share content (such as screenshots or scores) through third-party platforms (e.g., via the share feature), you are solely responsible for that content and for complying with the terms of any platform you share it on.

10 Disclaimer of Warranties

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Liveqbits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Liveqbits, its affiliates, and their respective officers and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the App.

13 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the App or other users. You may also stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.

14 Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party services, including Google AdMob (advertising), Firebase (analytics and crash reporting), and the Apple App Store / Google Play Store (in-app purchases). Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

15 Changes to the App and These Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App, or any features within it, at any time without prior notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute-resolution procedures applicable to the App Store or Play Store through which you obtained the App, where required by such platform's terms.

17 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
