Welcome to Bubblio ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how Liveqbits ("Developer") handles information in connection with your use of the Bubblio mobile game, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please read this policy carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, or playing Bubblio, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2 Information We Collect

We distinguish between data stored locally on your device and data collected by third-party SDKs integrated into the App.

2.1 Data Stored Locally on Your Device

All game progress is saved exclusively on your device using Hive (a local embedded database). This includes:

• Level progress and highest unlocked level
• Score history and star ratings
• Virtual coin balance and booster inventory
• Purchased skin selections
• Achievement unlocks
• Daily challenge and streak data
• App preferences (music, sound, purchased ad removal)

This data never leaves your device through our systems. Uninstalling the App deletes this data permanently.

2.2 Data Collected by Third-Party SDKs

The locally stored game data is used solely to:

• Save and restore your game progress across sessions
• Track virtual currency, boosters, and unlockable content you have earned or purchased
• Remember your preferences (audio settings, purchased ad removal)

Data collected by third-party SDKs is used by those parties per their own privacy policies. We do not combine third-party analytics data with any personally identifiable information.

4 In-App Purchases

Bubblio offers optional in-app purchases including virtual coin packs and a "Remove Ads" upgrade. All transactions are processed exclusively by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not receive, store, or process your payment card details.

Virtual coins and boosters purchased in the App hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be refunded or transferred. For refund requests, please contact the relevant app store directly.

5 Advertising

The free version of Bubblio displays ads served by Google AdMob. These may include personalised ads based on your device's advertising ID unless you have opted out via your device settings.

You can permanently remove all ads by purchasing the "Remove Ads" upgrade within the App.

To opt out of interest-based advertising:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalisation"
• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → turn off "Personalised Ads"

6 Children's Privacy

Advertising displayed to users in age-restricted regions is handled in compliance with Google's policies for child-directed content (COPPA, GDPR-K).

7 Data Retention and Deletion

All local game data is retained on your device until you:

• Uninstall the App (data is deleted automatically)
• Clear the App's data via your device settings

Data held by third-party services (Google AdMob, Firebase) is retained per their own data-retention policies. You can request deletion of Firebase data by contacting us; we will submit the deletion request on your behalf.

8 Data Security

Because all game data is stored locally on your device, its security depends on your device's own security settings (screen lock, encryption). We do not transmit your game data over the internet through our infrastructure.

We strongly recommend keeping your device's operating system and the App updated to benefit from the latest security patches.

9 Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding personal data held about you by our third-party partners:

• Access: Request a copy of data collected about you
• Deletion: Request erasure of your data
• Opt-out: Opt out of personalised advertising
• Portability: Receive your data in a portable format (where applicable)

The App may display links or content from third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before interacting with their content.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through an in-app notice or via the App Store / Play Store update notes.
